Mermaid Video Clip

We were making part of our movie Neptune's Kingdom.  We are making it with Room 11 at Enner Glynn. The funnest part was moving the mermaids hair and tail.  We were smiling and laughing all the way through.

Junior Production

We have been making up a dance for our school play "The Farm at the End of the Road".  We are possums!  We were singing the song.  The actions were hard because the music was fast.  We are looking forward to perform.

Fun Gala

On Sunday the Tahunanui School Gala was on. We were trying to make money for our swimming pool.

I went on the water slide, it was very fun. It was so fun because I got wet and I went down in my school clothes. At the gala I went to go and play a game called coconut shy. I made two out of three coconuts fall off. I won a prize I picked a tank as my prize.

It was a great fun day. We can't wait till the next School Gala

Reporter

Today we have been exploring group roles when working in a team.  We worked in groups to identify what each role means.  We looked at the role of Reporter.  We think that a Reporter would:

• Share their group ideas with the rest of the class

A Reporter would:

• Introduce your goup
• Use a lion voice not a mouse voice - a clear voice
• Speak at a steady pace - not too fast and not too slow
