We are a Year 3 class in beautiful sunny Nelson. We hope you enjoy reading about our learning. We would love you to make a comment on our blog once you have read it!
Hi Mabel We agree with you but we also think that team leaders whould take their part and get everyone organised. Your post was fantastic and like we said we agree and that list sounds very much like people who are team leaders! from Maddie and Stella
Hi kids, Great ideas so far. I learned once that great friendship skills are often great leadership skills too. Would you agree? Fiona (teacher at Nelson Central School)
I agree with you, a team leader is also a team member. Their job is to help organise their team, keep them on task, and offer support but they also need to be a team member and offer their ideas too. It can be quite complicated working as a team but a great life skill to acquire.

Hi Fiona
ReplyDeletethank you for making a comment. We agree with you. We think a good friend would:

*make your day
*be there for you
*smile at you
*be happy
