Team Member

We looked at the role of Team Member.  We think that a Team Member would:
  • Join in
  • Be a good listener
  • Use their manners
A team member would say:
  • "Do you want to be in our group?"
  • "Please can I have a go?"
  • "Can I help you?"

    We agree with you but we also think that team leaders whould take their part and get everyone organised. Your post was fantastic and like we said we agree and that list sounds very much like
    people who are team leaders!

    Hi Stella and Maddie,

    I agree with you, a team leader is also a team member. Their job is to help organise their team, keep them on task, and offer support but they also need to be a team member and offer their ideas too. It can be quite complicated working as a team but a great life skill to acquire.
